Cays Engineering typically employs between 75 and 95 personnel. Cays provide excellent work and pay conditions and this can be evidenced by the fact that 50% of personnel presently employed have been with Cays for more than 5 years. Pride of place in our reception area is our "Years of Employment" plaques where we acknowledges employment milestones of 5, 10, 15 and 20+ years of service.
A milestone we were very proud to acknowledge recently; Our Managing Director Angus Youngson has been with the company for over 30 years!
